“Girl With a Balloon” is a famous artwork by mysterious British street artist, Banksy. It depicts a young, innocent girl reaching for a heart-shaped balloon that seems to be just beyond her reach. At the site of the original graffiti artwork, which was found in London’s South Bank in 2002, the phrase “there is always hope” was stencilled nearby.
