Delivery

Free delivery to UK addresses is included in every price. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Every piece is made to order. Our UK print partner prints, finishes and packs your order — usually within 2–3 working days — and it is then sent by courier. Most orders arrive within a week of ordering. We email you as soon as your order ships, with tracking details where the courier provides them.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email info@wallartstudios.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Changing your mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us with your order number within those 14 days, then return the item to us within a further 14 days. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible; you pay the cost of returning them. We will refund the price you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the returns address and your order is matched up quickly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
