Can I place an order?

Not at the moment. Our online shop is closed while we work on a new range, and we aren't taking orders or custom design requests.

When will the shop reopen?

We haven't set a date. We'll share news on our social media channels when we have something to show you.

I have a problem with an order I placed before the shop closed.

Please contact us with your name and order number. Orders placed before the closure are still covered by the policy that applied when you bought them and by your statutory rights. See past orders.

I have a gift card. What should I do?

Please get in touch with your gift card code and we'll sort it out with you.

What happened to my customer account?

Online customer accounts have closed along with the shop. We keep the order records we're required to by law. Our privacy notice explains how.
