Visiting this website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't load content from other companies' servers.
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. These server logs are used only to keep the website running and secure, and are kept for a limited time.
If you contact us
If you email or write to us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We delete correspondence once it's no longer needed, unless it relates to an order.
Previous customers
Our online shop ran on Shopify, which processed orders on our behalf. If you bought from us before the shop closed, we keep records of your order, such as your name, delivery address, what you bought and how much you paid. We keep these because UK tax and accounting law requires it, usually for six years, and to handle any questions about past orders. We then delete them. We don't use this information for marketing.
Sharing your information
We don't sell your information. It's only shared with the providers who host our website and email, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Some rights are limited where we must keep records by law. To make a request, email us at info@wallartstudios.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
