How Our Reviews Work

Who can leave a review

Only people who have bought from this website. After your order has been dispatched for about 10 days, we email every buyer once with a private link for that order. Each item can be reviewed once.

What we ask

Your honest opinion, good or bad. We ask every buyer, not only those we expect to be pleased. We don't ask friends, family or staff to review us, and we don't buy reviews.

No rewards

We don't offer discounts, gifts or payment in return for a review. If that ever changed, those reviews would be clearly labelled and left out of the star average.

What we publish

Every genuine review is published straight away, whatever the rating, and counts towards the average shown. Reviews appear newest first, on the design they're about. We don't edit them. You can choose to show your first name and last initial, or "Verified buyer".

What we remove

We only hide a review if it is abusive, unlawful or spam, contains someone's personal details, or is not about the product or order. We keep a record of the reason. Disagreeing with a review is not a reason. If you'd like your own review removed, contact us.

Reviews on other sites

You may also find reviews of us on Google and Etsy. Those sites run their own review systems, and we can't change them. Older reviews on our Google profile are about our earlier range of wall stickers.
